Lampstand Devotions is a blog of my own prayerful weekly study of the bible. I have been a Christian for more than 25 years and attend a local bible-based church here in my hometown in Wisconsin. My heart’s desire for this blog is to help those who are searching for truth. In a world where fake news has become a buzzword and God’s truth has become brackish water, we need to pray for and learn spiritual discernment. I also want to share some of the wisdom the Lord has given me over the years to hopefully help and challenge you to grow in your heartfelt love for Jesus, even as I will learn & grow from your own comments so that we have mutual encouragement.
